Pylon signs, also known as pole or freestanding signs, are well known in the sign industry. Simply put, pylon signs are outdoor signage that is usually mounted on single or double poles. Pylon signs can be one-sided or double-sided, depending on the direction the sign will be facing. As mentioned above, pylon signs are freestanding signs that may be one-side or double-sided, have support from either single or double poles, and are comprised of steel or aluminum. The face, where the sign is printed, is usually made of acrylic and can be either rigid or flexible.
